You know, I could just sit here once a month and take you through a breathwork session — and that’s it. But if I did, I’d be doing you all a disservice.
Breathwork Changes Your Nervous System
Breathwork is a tool you can use to change your nervous system state. By this, I mean it can influence how you feel. But here’s the catch: you can only influence how you feel if you actually know how you feel. Now, that might sound like crazy talk, but are we really feeling our feelings — or just pushing thoughts around in our heads and calling them feelings?
We’re Here to Connect With Ourselves
Here’s a little secret: we aren’t just here for breathwork. Breathwork Is So Much More Than Just Breathing. We’re here to connect with ourselves. To learn about ourselves. To be ourselves unapologetically and to feel safe doing so.

Building Inner Safety
We’re here to build safety into our own internal system. This might sound a bit woo-woo, but it’s actually the opposite. Inner safety is the foundation of everything else in our lives. It determines the quality of our relationships. How successful we are in our careers. How likely we are to ask for what we want. How likely we are to follow our dreams — and everything else that truly matters.
Breathwork Is So Much More Than Just Breathing
So, we are here to breathe — not just to relax and let go for an hour, but to commit to knowing and feeling ourselves so that every choice we make comes from a place inside us that knows exactly who we are, what we stand for, and what we came here to share with the world.
